Balanced lunches are served each day to a great number of students and teachers. Mrs. LF. Campbell and Mrs. Clayton Courter, two very efficient ladies, have very ably taken over the supervision of the cafeteria and are to be commended for their menu and food preparation. .ggi v Z5

We've gone along as other classes contributing with grades all the way from A to F fmostly we are proud of our gradesj We have been well represented in all school organizations and activities and find that it hasn't been all work and no play. for we've had grand times along with our accomplish- ments. At our first class meeting we elected the following class officers: President, Lawrence Murphyg Vice-President, Alan Leonardg Secretary, Lila Millerp, Treasurer, June Bum- gardner: Program Chairman, Paula Pedrojag also John Green, Sue Baird, and Don Cheatham were chosen as representatives to the Student Council. ' During the year Sue Baird was chosen to represent the Sophomores as candidate for football queen. As a class, we have had a wonderful year together, and beyond that we must say, Fellow classmen, you've been swell to us--freshmen, Juniors, Seniors-all. lt has been a year to remember, but 'Time Marches On, and we are glad to be midway. We look forward to the next two years as being even better and we hope to do as well as other examples that have been set before us by Juniors and Seniors. We offer our sincere thanks to our sponsors, Miss Morris, Mr. Erickson, and Mr. Blair--who have been most kind and generous in helping us always. With only memories remaining, we now give you the reins, fellow Freshmen and we'll journey on. We are 'Sophs' no moreg for next year we'll be greeted as Juniors.
