Sept. 20-A brand new club is being introduced to Shore, a Whirlo Club with Miss Gill as sponsor. Sept. Z'a+Our Shore Breeze is being sent free of charge to the fellows in serv- ice so that they may keep up with school activities. Sept. 24-This afternoon it was our turn to win. and we did, with a 14-0 vic- tory over Grange. In this game Dick Wilcox broke his leg. Get well soon Dick. Sept. 27-This year's editor of the Log is Edith Fischer, and, Diary, I hope she has room for you. Sept. 29-Lois Wilhelm has been elected president of the Whirlo Club: now things will start to hum. Sept. 30-Magician Seymour took the students and faculty for a rollicking ad- venture in the Land of Sleight of Hand, and I'm still wondering what became of the pigeon. Gct. 1-13-7, with Shore on the top half, was our winning score against Gar- field. And did everybody enjoy them- selves with those especially imported hot- dogs by the courtesy of the Student Council! Oct. 4-Teachers are human. They proved this by having a baby show, auc- tion and picnic at the Euclid Park club- house this fine and balmy evening. J
