Entering THE SEA OF MOTION at Euclid Senior High School as a sophomore is chaotic and confusing. Havoc strikes the lives of many sophomores, but soon all is well and you are engulfed into the spirit of Euclid High School. Time quickly passes and now you enter school in September as a junior, surefooted and fully aware of THE REGULAR MOTION of a day at Euclid. Being a junior and being sandwiched in the middle of a large school is uncomfor- table and you strive to reach the top. As you look back on your sophomore and junior years, you realize that THE MOTION taking place at Euclid High School is comparatively slow to that which comes after graduation. What now - a job, more school - whatever the choice, THE MOTION OF LIFE will not stop to let you ponder the thought for very long. Even as a sophomore and a junior ideas start to mount for the future and the experiences gained at Euclid can only help in making the proper decision for A FUTURE OF MOTION in a world totally unlike the microcosm of Euclid High School. A line can- not be drawn separating feelings and emotions. Often confusion strikes, and, for a moment, we are scared. Without any realization we again feel safe within a very short time. Because we feel secure at Euclid High School, we let down the invisible barriers of fear and enstrangement and meet people, make friends, and become a part of the body of MOTION that is Euclid. Through our involvement in the activities offered through school, we strive to become well rounded in- dividuals academically and socially and soon realize how necessary other people are to our own individual mo- tion. Often we take for granted all the people who care about us, and work with us, so that we may become stronger in character both physically and mentally. Only a short time from now, we will look back at our high school days and realize some of the best times we have had were spent within the walls of Euclid High School. lntroduct1onf13
