OUR NEW CAFETERIA t For several ye ars we have needed a new cafeteria at Etowah. Finally, funds were made available for the building and construction was started in the spring of 1958. After watching and waiting, some- what impatiently, we were served our first hot lunch on November 4, 1958, Everyone was very much pleased with the new cafeteria. We would like to thank our county superintendent, Mr. J. M. Foster, and the Henderson County Commissioners for the part they had in making this avail- able for us. We want to express our sin- cere gratitude to allthe parents, teachers, and students who worked diligently during the past year on various money-making projects tohelp furnish the necessary new kitchen equipment and the attractive dining room furniture.
