Erudition personified - exudes good will - a fine Greek scholar - product of Walla Walla, Wash., and points east - has four children, a charming wife, and a big douse in Underhill. There's a whining at the threshold -There's a scratching at the floor -To work! To work! In Heaven’s name! The wolf is at the door! Gilman MR. HOWARD O'NEIL World History, Phys. Ed., Head Coach. A Spring-field graduate - at present a bachelor - a North hero -much traveled in Europe because the wander-bug bites early every spring - his digestion is violently affected by his ball team's performances. MISS ETHELYN FOSTER - Mathematics Has a M. A. from U. V.M. in education - is building a cozy bungalow in Underhill which is causing her no end of trouble - drives in to school every morning and arrives EARLY. MISS ELIZABETH CAMPBELL English 9,10 - Recently graduated from Trinity -petite and pretty - vivacious and engaged - takes a slow boat across Lake Champlain to her home in New York - Lake Placid to be exact - wades through copy for the COMMENTATOR. MISS PAMELA CRANDALL Eng. 10,12, French - dramatics, senior advisor, yearbook - a few of Miss Crandall’s activities - native of Hardwick - avid reader - hopes to go to Paris.
