Dear Graduates, Communication. The most critical aspect of getting one person’s thoughts across to someone else with the same meaning which was intended. See how difficult it is? Even my definition is confusing There are a few suggestions | would like to make to you as you begin a new phase in your life First, don’t believe rumors—especially whispered rumors Second, check for yourself when something could ef- fect your future. Third, get the answer from the person who knows, not someone who is guessing. Finally, believe the best about everyone, not the worst You will only make more friends and keep the ones you have if you look for what is good. Like the man says, “Check it out.” THOMAS J.
