A very successful Parents’ Night. This is the diary of a young lady, Athena, who for the past four years has set down the treasured moments of her high school life at Essex High. While her extra curricular activities were not numerous, due to a busy schedule, they provided the job, ex- perience, and sportsmanship that helped to develop her poise and char- acter. As an Underclassman, Athena re- calls the opening of her new “hori- zon”; the first step into her years at Essex High. The diversity of the classes she attended as a freshman helped her to decide which field she would pursue. Her sophomore year re- cords the beginning of her training in her specified field. She learned the fundamental procedures of her chosen career, and determined, she worked diligently in accomplishing her goal.
