COUNCIL OFFICERS and Senior presidents meet at their weekly con- ference. SUCCESS MARKS THIRD YEAR OF COUNCIL Both a new administration and a new program were adopted by the Student Council this year. While the executive officers supplied the lead- ership, the student body gave rise to the new program. Following the precedents set by former councils, numerous mixers, dances, and rallies were sponsored. However, characteristic of its own innovations was the senior excursion. Despite all its other endeavors, the Student Council never neglected its chief duty, repre- senting the views of the students. COUNCIL OFFICERS: Arthur Martin, president, Paul Marion, vice-president, Thomas Mount, secretary-treasurer.
