It is difficult to express my thoughts to each class individually, for every class contributes in different ways to the principles and concepts that make our school a unique place of learning. | am sure that you, as the 70th class to graduate, will continue in this tradition. | hope that each of you will look back over the past four years and remember them as a time of personal growth. | know that the training you have received will provide all of you with a firm basis for your future successes. Peg rine Varese Director to graduate from the Essex Agricultural High School. The romantic ideas relating to agriculture have been left behind and now the real meaning of scientific agriculture has taken its place. Set your sights high and you can achieve lofty goals. T he Class of 1984 is the seventieth class You have developed many lasting friendships here at Essex. Keep in mind that the unity of a family never dies - the members just scatter. This will be the same for each of you. Lots of good luck and success in your future endeavors. ; Richard M.
