To The Class Of ’78 Looking back over the last four years, this class has achieved outstanding records of education and school leadership. It is a class which has shown its strong interest in agriculture through its sincere determin- ation. This is one of the largest classes to complete courses of instruction in the var- ious areas of study. A great dispersal is about to take place - some to other insti- tutions for further education, some into employment, and others into the armed Services. Whichever direction each shall take, | wish each of you the greatest success and happiness in the years to come. Assistant Dean Congratulations Class Of ’78 | am sure that in the years ahead you will look back over this book and recall many happy associations with classmates and instructors. To some, this book will re- call the games you won or almost won, to others their duties as class officers, and still to others their successes as members of FFA teams. During the past four years you have had the unique educational opportunity to spend half the year ina classroom situation and the other half on an employment project. This combination should prove invaluable to you in the years to come. Even though you have graduated, you will always be a member of the Essex fam- ily.
