KANSAS CITY 1971 FRONT: Bob Carpenter, Debbie Sargent, Jeanne Burke, Dan Atkinson, BACK: Frank Gitschier, Ron Murphy, David Tan- guay, Mark Vallieres, Mark Huberdeau. We all met on the plane to Missouri. Two hours later the big question was ‘‘What are you doing tonight?” 14,000 F.F.A. members asking that question! You could go to the movies, walk around town or go to the parties. The hotels were hopping as friends and strangers met from all over the U.S.A., and what a party it was. The meetings were great where all these individuals met, and joined together for one cause, Agriculture. The feeling you get by attending these meetings is hard to explain, but when it is over you are sorry to go, leaving only with your memories. 17
