New Beginnings scondido High School underwent many changes throughout the year. After being adopted by North County Fair, cake and punch was provided for the whole student body to celebrate. The students then entertained and pro- vided services for the North County Fair. One ex- ample was The Scare at the Fair. Students from Bob Johnson's drama classes were the primary participants. The ASB held their first Rush Day. This gave the clubs and organizations on campus an opportunity to get new members and add some exposure to their clubs. Another new change was the repainting of the gym and the transfer of the Alma Mater from the west wall to the south wall. Lastly, the fight song was painted on the north wall. 20 STUDENT LIFE 'N-.M c fi Mm YV'-sf
