November was the month Escam- bia felt the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. This was exper- ienced in football, track, volleyball, and swimming. The Gators finished the season, 10-1. The only loss going to the Pensacola High Tigers. The track team made it to the Q Cross Country State Meet, Nov. 22, , where they finished 16th out of 16. f 'gWe did great just to make it to N state, stated Coach Hank Martin. Tracy Parks, senior finished 11th out of 107 competitors. Encore put on three plays, Nov. 21- 22, The Storm, Bivala Grandma Rose, and Hercules Night Out. All three plays went well, commented Randy Eades, junior. But Saturday night was a crack-up. Randy was Student Life November was thrill a minute referring to the number of incidents that happened in The Storm, a dra- matic play. When a coat rack was picked up, after being knocked over, it broke into. Randy, himself, slipped during the course of the play. College Day was held in the begin- ning of November, to help seniors plan their future. Both the SAT and ACT were given at PJ C this month.
