Class Favorites Nake Headlines X, i J 184 Every year, six underclassmen are chosen by their peers to represent their designated classes. The Junior Class favorites were Christy Liles and Barry Key. Christy xi.. and Barry said that they felt very honored to be chosen as class favor- ites. Christy was a member of EAC and a Key sweetheart. She also partici- pated on Junior Council. Barry was a member of Key Club and an EAC mascot. He also partici- pated on the Varsity Football Team. Barry exclaimed, I didn't find out CI was a class favoritej until the next day when someone congratulat- ed me! S-Qpgy Hedden and Billy Schuck were voted as Sophomore Class fa- vorites. Stacy and Billy said that they were proud to represent their class. Stacy was a J .V cheerleader and vice president of Sophomore Coun- cil. She was also a member of EAC, Beta, Latin Club, and a Key sweet- heart. I'm very proud to represent the class of '89, stated Stacy. Billy was on the J .VT football team and the baseball team. He was also an SPC mascot. I was really thrilled and surprised! exclaimed Billy when he heard he had been se- lected as class favorite. This year 's Freshman Class favor- ites were Amber Gipson and 'Iggy Pitsinos. Amber and Terry said they were very surprised to be selected. Amber was a Freshman cheer- leader for Escambia. I am very honored and proud to have been chosen by my classmates to repre- sent them, stated Amber. Terry enjoys playing tennis, bas- ketball, and football. I want to thank all my friends for voting for me. I was really surprised and I ap- preciate it alot! exclaimed Terry. Not shown Amber Gibson, fresh- men.
