Rally Squad Unites With Spirit Cougar spirit was overwhelming at the Blast-Off Rally, the first of many successful rallies this year, including the Rocky Rally and a Soul Rally highlighted by the jazz dancing of Jeff Hayes. The morning of the first home game, the rally squad served pancakes and eggs to the hungry Cougar Varsity. Each girl on the rally squad was also a guardian angel for at least one member of the football team during Homecoming Week. To raise money for uniforms, the squad sold Coke at the Park Fete during the summer. They also sold spirit ribbons during Homecoming Week. 4. Cosmos Anna Augusto, Annette Giuntoli. 5. Volleyball Spikes for Vietoiy Eski High's Varsity and Junior Varsity teams ended the season on a winning note with the defeat of Patterson. The Frosh-Soph placed first in the T.V.L., while the Varsity maintained a watchful crowd with the return moves of Renee Cova and Cathy Postma. The Frosh-Soph was strong in team play and spiking ability. The Frosh-Soph also profitted from the accurate serves of Carolyn Mathias. 1. Varsity player Renee Cova powers for defense. 2.
