Richard R. Dry has done :1 great deal in furthering education in Buffalo and on the Niagara Frontier. A former prinr-ipal of Teehnical High Sehool, he became director of an untried experiment in 1946. His assets were il musty old building and his great Concern and interest in better education for our youth. Now, eight years later, the Picree Arrow Building is even older but it is no longer musty and unused. It is the husy workshop of industrious students, guided by our director, Mr. Dry. 6
