Participation in neighboring celebrations have included the St. Patrick's Day Celebration at Shamrock, the dedica- tion ofthe Carmicheal Bridge at Sayre, and the Old-settlers Reunion at Cheyenne. The high-light of the year was the Spring concert, at which Donna Durham was crowned band queen.
