As administrative assistants, they had many important functions. They were responsible for the coordination of guidance policies, and thus they presided over grade adviser meetings. In addition, they were in charge of the clerical staff and of liaison with other schools. The task of designing teacher and student programs and special time schedules was also theirs. While administrative duties consumed most of their time, '-A Miss Corey and Mr. Chappell performed other services for Erasmians. Miss Corey was the dean of girls, and Mr. Chap- QV! pell served as faculty adviser of the Cheerleaders and the .,,.,-.S2!Q Chess Club, and as a member of the Program Committee. f' 4' Speaking of Mr. Chappell - Mr. Chappell was often speaking Six-l over the public address system, delivering messages of impor- tance to teachers and students. xnxx We are indebted to our administrative assistants for the ex- T N cellent job they did in keeping the gears of Erasmus in mesh. l l w l
