Principal Scott prior to going to Carrollton had been en- gaged in the practice of law and public accountancy: he also had considerable experience in the army in the establishing and the operation of an educational unit. Principal Scott was co-author with General Walter S, Paulknew, the work being known as A History and Interpretation of the Con- stitution of the United States. Principal Scott is also a member of the fourth estate having been Editor of a weekly newspaper several years ago. Principal Scott is a Life Member of N.E.A., also the S.D.K. fraternity, National Association of Secondary Principals fN.E,A,j, Department of Ele- mentary Principals CN.E.A.j Indiana Association of Elementary and Secondary, Indiana Classroom Teachers Association, also Indiana State Teachers Association School Principals, and Fellow in the National Geographical Society.
