THIRD ROW: Sandra Emerson, Beatrice Pratt, Arlene Bernier, Doris Jackson, Karen Sullivan, Gloria Elliott, Lucretia Hartford, Dianne Thlbeault. ABSENT: Kendall Chase When we arrived at E. H. S. we were welcomed by everyone except the sophomores, and their welcome was delayed until October when we had initiation . There were 27 in our class when we started, but at the present we have only 25. Our first activity at being Fresh- men was to hold a dance, which was called Harvest Hop and that was a great success. Then we had the Christmas Party which the Freshmen have charge of each year. That was a success also. We, the Students of the Freshmen Class would like to thank Mr. Cooper for making our first year in high school an enjoyable one. 17 . 6
