FRE CH The French Club in its second year of existence had a mighty eventful year. With the diligent leadership of Lucy Aston, the club was able to endeavour in many of the cultural aspects of France. During the meetings at lunch, the idea of a Christmas dinner was forged. This dinner was held at Barri Well's house. Members also attended various French films and an exhibit featuring Bonard. Adieu! SPANISH Under the great leadership of Carol Rubio, the Spanish Club held many meetings and many ac- tivities. Each member subsequent- ly gave a five-minute report on a foreign country. This report was given in Spanish and was done to expand the members' cultural understanding. The club also held a party at Kenny Sharpe's house on Iune 3rd. A tortilla orgy indeed. I.C.L. The 1985 Episcopal Iunior Classical League has kept several annual traditions as well as new ones. Members participated in the ICL competition and won several awards. The annual Roman ban- quet was held this year in the ESD commons. Everyone dressed in togas and ate Roman food. To raise money this year, the club also undertook the task of selling pizza at lunch. The club excelled under the new sponsor, Lilian Crisford. 148 P , Haig , .

5 Acolytes The Acolytes are the vital im- portance in each Wednesday Eucharist service. They take part in the services by being scripture readers, cross bearers, and assistants to the priests. They are trained in the doings of acolytes and are well-equipped to serve at the altar. 150 Choir The choir was significantly involved in Wednesday services, Lessons and Carols, musicals, and namely graduation. They were also involved in Fine Arts night. Their background in choir also enabled them to take part in the school's drama productions. Wi
