Yf.lclcoming EHS stu- U dents anu their dates to the 1987 Homecoming Dance, a tin knight formally dressed for the occasion in a bright red bow tie stood on the roof of Webster Hall. The dance began at 8:00 PM with most of the students in attendance. The band was the best part, said freshman Konrad Jackson, I didn't stop dancing all night.” In full swing, the band Innovations played throughout the evening; students took this opportunity to jam to the music. Between waiting in the mile-long line for pictures, running outside to talk with friends, and dancing to the music, everyone was well satisfied. The only bad part of the night, said Keitn Hatfield, was waiting in line for formal pictures. Thanks to the help of Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Stuckey, and chairmen Denise Powers and Bitsy Kornegay, the Webster Dining Hall was transformed into a Knight Club. Balloons hung from the ceiling and stars adorned the walls. Homecoming 1987 was a fun time for all and definitely a Knight To Remember. Treanor Marks and Kevin Buchcrt seem to have lost their dates, but that doesn't stop them from having fun. Angela Mills and Paige Stafford, never seen apart, include David Gary. Nannette Thompson, and Geordy Waters in their group. I 9 $ 7
