They harnessed that desire and rolled over Ascen- 126 sion Catholic, Catholic High of Point Coupee, Parkview Baptist, Brusley, Christian Life, and Bishop Sullivan. A devastating blow was dealt to the Knights when quarterback Charlie Kennon's arm was broken in the game against West St. John. Todd Graves, 2nd string quarterback, was thrust into control. Charlie Kennon's favorite part was the closeness you get with the other seniors. Of course, the Bleacher Creatures made football games a little more spirited with their cheers (obscene or not) and gave the football team that extra shove. We really appreciated them, said Head Coach LeBlanc. The spirit was a big part of football this year. There were more people, more cheers, and more support at the games. ■
