NHS And Patmos Aid Community Spirit This year, the National Honor Society tightened their requirements for acceptance. To apply, one must have a 3.6 GPA, write an essay and be evaluated by members of the faculty. At Christmas time, they sang Christmas Carols, decorated the campus and Jeff Drake dressed up as Santa Claus. They worked with the Baton Rouge Big Buddy program. The members took the children to see 'The Emperor's New Clothes and had a reception for them afterwards. The Society sponsored a Quiz Bowl and a Poetry Contest.
