Lady Knights Top All The 1984-85 season became the most exciting and victorious ever for the Lady Knights Basketball Team. Finishing the season with an overall record of 18-8, district record of 7-1, and playoff record of 1-1, the team went further than any other girls' basketball team in EHS history. Coach Marcia Richards' team made an astonishing 180 turn from last year by winning the district. Utilization of freshman Felicia Foster and seniors Andrea Allen and Kellie Wimp contributed to the team’s success. Kellie Wimp holds three EHS basketball records: the most rebounds in a career, the most blocked shots in a career, and the most rebounds in a game. This year was the start of a bright future for girls’ basketball.
