THIRD ROW: Mike Hinton, Melvin McKerlie, Dennis Parcher, Dick Smith, Jim Forclon, Terry Cate, Gary McDonald Charles Minnick, Dennis Tull SECOND ROW: Alfred Keeler, Alvin Shannon, Mickey Akers, Barbara Evans, Doris Huffman, Beverly Olin, Olive Strickland, Wayne Long, Ted Whitehall, Troy Taylor, Edward Hensley FIRST ROW: Mrs. Kinzel, Delores Cavin, Arlene Vradenburg, Mona Johnson, Donna Rippee, Pat Eisenhower, Barbara McCarrell, Virginia Griffith, Marge Lyons, Janet Carter, Mr. Denham. The juniors started the school year off with a bang by giving the first dance. It was a tremendous success in which practically the whole high school attended. Barbara McCarrell was elected junior class carnival candidate. One of the biggest achievements of the class was the election of Barbara as Queen of the Carnival. This makes two years straight that the class candidate was crowned queen. The class went on skating and sleigh riding parties during the year. Boys turning out for football from the junior class are as follows: Mike Hinton, Al Keeler, Gary McDonald, Jim Fordon, Terry Cate, Edward Hens- ley, Ted Whitehall, Dennis Tull, Melvin McKerlie, Wayne Long, and Troy Taylor. Turning out for basketball are: Al Keeler, Gary McDonald, Jim Fordon, Al Shannon, Troy Taylor, Mickey Akers, Terry Cate, Dennis Tull, Ted Whitehall, Dennis Parcher, Charles Minnick, Wayne Long, and Mike Hinton. Two junior girls, Donna Rippee and Arlene Vradenburg are members of the Entiat Cheerleader Trio. The class numbers Z9 students, 15 boys and 14 girls. December 8th was the sneak day for the juniors.
