1953 PROPHECY CAS PROPHESIZED BY NYE OLE SCHOOL HOUSENP It can never be said, as I look to the past, HThere were unworthy members of the '53' class.H For they all strove for goodness, and glory and fame, Now their all sitting pretty in my hall of fame! As people of three thousand, three hundred and two, Look back through the ages, at me and at you- They'll see, and Made a very good believe, that all of us here, name for our honorable year! First through their NAtomical telaka-viseru, They'll look upon Clem and none could be wiser, For he is a scientist, with a large telescope, And a picture of Betty, I guess he's no dope! Next we see, down inCarnigie Hall, The one who is famous for her lovely bird call. Yes it's Nita all right, pen-named Jeannie Swihart, The sound of that name helps her play a good part! Then through the mist we see one of our bunch, Who caused so much static that I have a hunch It is little Miss Roller, who was drilling again, On some poor guys teeth, ya! she'll catch her man! McGlothern is next where they'll focus their vision, And golly what's this---is he really in prison? Oh, no! He's just visiting some of the birds, For he owns the joint. I can't think of words, To express my astonishment over this fact- And to think that one of the inmates is Max! We see a small house, with a green roof and all, And can tell at a glance 1t's the abode of Dean Hall, Her neighbors' the type, who'll fix her own roof--- Yes, up on the house-top, we see Lilly Wolf! In another small house golly, 1t's war! But as we look closer It's just Eleanor! Her friend Donna Thompson, is living near by, we think she's gone crazy---she's trying to fly! And speaking of flying there's a great big balloon--- It's Tracy and Ray, on their way to the moon. And last but not least, flying straight up Instead of a saucer, there goes Bob in a cup!

Lowell Morical, Dale Schimke, BOD Patrick, Tracy Hornbuckle, Don Olin, 'Ray BiSPiI'1g, Clem Little, Howard Hinton participated in sports. 1 HThree Misses and a Mythn, our Junior play, a most hilarious comedy was enjoyed by everyone-even Miss Tenney, whom we ran almost crazy. Maxine Sage represented us in the '52 Carnival. All three '52 Cheer Leaders were from the junior class. They were Shirley Roller, Dixie Galbraith, and Donna Vogt. The girls were really full of pep and school sprit. The spring Prom, on the Bottom of the Sea , with soft---soft lights, shimmering ceiling, and the charming royalty: Queen Glenda Buckley and her Princesses Janice Asher and Joan Cozart, will linger elusively for years to come in the memories of the gay dancers. We started our Senior year with twenty-five members. Of these twenty-two will graduate. Four who have completed all twelve years of school together are Dixie Galbraith, Lillian Wolf, Howard Hinton and Don Olin. This year Lillian Wolf was the elected representative for the Senior's at the Carnival. our Christmas Dance with its theme Nsilver Bellsn and its plenti ful supply of misletoe, gave many a swain a chance to kiss his maid. Our senior play WHouse for Sale Hauntedn, was a huge success, even though it curled your hair, froze your blood, and chilled your bones. Shirley Roller was chosen Princess Entiat. She,1ndeed, made an charming and capable princess. We fondly recall the '53 Junior Prom with our lovely senior queen, Q een Dixie, reigning over the WEvening in Paris along with her two princesses Donna Vogt and Dean Hall. Who's this we see, with that beautiful girl? Well blow me down its our old pal Carl! He struck it rich with an oil well Where that kid will go---nobody can tell! Coming over the falls-in a little round barrel There is a young girl that we use to call Carol, We now call her ULuckyn for being so fast, And descending the falls without even a mast! The Modeling Career, our Jacquie picked out We know she'll go far, without a doubt! She's over in Paris, working six days a week--- We'll have to admit she has beautiful feet! We see a 310,000 dollar, ally for bowlin' And the prosperous owner is none other than Olin! He seems to be happy---really makin' the dough But his wife and his kids have to have it Just so! And here comes a girl with six babies to tote. As silly as ever---our blond Donna Vogt. So now as I'm closing, And signing my name Here's wishing this Class, good luck With their fame!!!
