ROTC. The ROTC program provides basic mil- itary training to young men to aid them in their future military obligations. Its main T objective is to instill in the cadets respect for constituted authority, citizenship, and habits of discipline. The ROTC cadets' activities are an annual military ball and picnic, marching competitions, rifle matches, and parades.
