Morris was not present when the picture was taken. BOARD or DIRECTORS East Pennsboro Township is of the fourth class because it has less than five thousand population. The district has three grade schools and one high school. Thus we have only five school directors elected by the people of the township for a term of six years. Even though these men have a great responsibility rest- ing upon their shoulders, they serve without pay. PAGE SEVEN
