GUIDANCE Relatively new at Enka High is the Guid- ance Department, under the direction of Mrs. David Huff. Its main functions are counseling, aiding in the choice of suitable colleges and vocations for seniors after graduation and sup- ervising the National Merit and Preliminary Scholarships Aptitude testing programs for jun- iors and seniors. Currently the guidance room is equipped with approximately four hundred pamphlets, brochures, and catalogues concern- ing various academic and technical school of higher learning.
