Ducltett, ' The Young Man Superintendent of Education which is composed of busy laymen heavily involved in their own business yet willing to assume the eivic responsibility of serving in this signal capacity without pay. VVhen one looks over the organization and sees the assignments of the Board members which are necessary to conduct properly the business of such a large system, one is in- clined to wonder if it does not require all of their time, Members of the Board of Education, chair- Buildings and Groundsg C.
