Homecoming week was devoted to the uplifting of E.H.S, spirit for that Friday night game. One of the main activities of that week was 50's day. tSept. 30, 19765 Students were asked to dress up the way they thought people in the 50's did. The day started off with an assembly program by Bill Spencer. He presented to the school a film on Highway Safety. After the assembly we worked on classwork or floats, depend- ing on what the teacher said. Everybody was busy fixing last minute details. IVlany students thought it was a holiday and stayed at home getting ready for the exciting game. Finally, oth period arrived, and everybody at- tended a pep rally 50's style. The cheerleaders did a pantomine to lts IVIy Party by Leslie Gore. Everybody was fired up with E.H.S, spirit. Then, the final bell rang and school was out for the day.
