Mrs. Thurman attended the University of Mississippi. She has a major in English and minors in Speech and Journalism. Mrs. Thurman began teaching at EA in 1972. She has been a Sr. class sponsor the past two years. Mrs. Thurman has worked with us on bake sales, raffles, and basketball tournaments to raise money. Planning and supervising our Graduation is another of her responsibilities. Mrs. Thurman is not only active in our school but also in our community. She is a member of the First Methodist Church of Keo and the England Heritage Club. Her home is always open to us but more im- portantly so is her heart. With all her many activities Mrs. Thurman is never so busy she cannot stop and listen to our problems. Mrs. Thurman we will never be able to ex- press how much you mean to us and how much we appreciate all you have done for us.. Thank you, Mrs. Thurman.
