l l l l l Officers to Lead l l l Bill Couch was elected Senior class vice-president. Bill was also chosen for his outstanding leadership quali- ties. He is president of the beta club and president of the student council. Bill is photographer of the England Academy annual staff. He is a lead- er in football and a member of the EALA. Bill is quite an asset in all y phases of school life. 44' Lyn Leonard was elected secretary- treasurer because of her willingness to work for the class. Lyn is an active mem ber of the Beta Club. She was co-editor of the England Academy Yearbook and is now editor. Joe is a member of Who's Who at England A- cademy. He was also a leader in foot- ball and very active in many school activities.

A Time for Senior Class Steve Gibbs was elected Senior class president because of his great leader- ship abilities. He was also president of the Junior class and a member of the England Academy annual staff. He is a leader in football and basketball and a member of the EALA. Steve was chosen as elementary football and basketball coach by the coaches of EA because of his outstanding ability to understand children. Who's Who Among American HighSchool Students 2 This year England Academy is proud to have four students chosen to receive recognition as Who's Who among American High School Students. They are Lyn Leonard, Pam Henderson, Sharon Harmon, and Paula Harrington. Students selected for this award have demonstrated leadership in either academics, athletics, extra-curricular activities, achievement examinations or community service. We are exceptionally proud of Lyn Leonard who has a grade point average of 3.92 . All of these students should be commended for their fine accomplishments. 22
