DEDICATION Just sayrng “Thank You” doesn’t seem to cover our ap- preciation for the time and en- ergy our class advisors have spent on the Class of 1979, during our years at Enfield High School. Their support was wel- comed and quite often needed. Mrs. Doris Coughlin, Mr. Richard Mazur, and Mr. Leo Porcello gave advice, encour- agement, and support: but most of all, they gave of them- selves, spending precious time on our beach trip. Homecom- ing Floats, fund raisers, and our Senior Class Trip to Florida. Being the 100th graduating class of Enfield High School, we the Class of 1979, dedicate our yearbook to each of them as a way of expressing our gratitude for their unselfish devotion to our class. Thank you, Mrs. Coughlin, Mr. Mazur, and Mr. Porcello. Mrs. Doris Coughlin

The time has come for the class of 1979 to leave Enfield High School. Hov ever, it is a bittersweet good-bye. Bitter, because we are leaving the security of loving friends and a familiar environ- ment: sweet, because we know in our hearts that the time has come for us to leave and that we are ready for the parting. We have come of age, realizing that we have attained our highest high school aspirations and are now ready to seek other fields to conquer. Enfield has matured since its conception, celebrating its cen- tennial this year, and we, the class of 1979, are proof of its maturation. With a firm grasp on our past, and with steadfast determination, we are ready to face the future. Debbie Patsky, James Desrosiers
