CLASS HISTORY September of 1964 started a new phase of life for us. As inexperienced freshmen we entered a maze of learn- ing, fun, and excitement. To lead us in our first steps through this complicated pathway, we chose as our offi- cers Joseph Hickey, president; Kevin Formiester, vice- president; Ellen Smyth, treasurer; Ellen Daly, secre- tary; and Priscilla Maldonado, historian. Assisting them were Student Council representatives Lorinda Larson, Susan Flanagan, Jayne DeYoung, Elaine Estvanik, Su- san Cimino, and Sandi Bergquist. Our first class project was a bake sale that was held at Stop and Shop under the direction of Joe Hickey. Honors were brought to our class by Mary Sferrazza for the English Composition Award. SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS. Standing, left to right: Priscilla Maldonado, Class His- torian; Roger Kraut, Vice-President; and Barbara Scavotto, Treasurer. Diane Nadeau, President and Helen Orfitelli, Secretary. PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Anxiously we anticipated the beginning of our high school years. What lay ahead was an unknown mystery which intrigued us all. With great expectations, each fol- lowed his own labyrinth, guided by personal goals and the understanding minds of the faculty and administration. Often during our four years we walked a path of con- flict, confusion, and doubt. Undaunted by this, we resolved our conflicts, searching the path ,of truth. Our reward was self satisfaction. With a more mature attitude and knowledge gained, we leave the halls of Enfield High School with confidence. Diane Nadeau, President
