LOOKING BACKWARD We are sincere indeed in our expression of our gratitude for the aid that has been given us by the many individuals, companies, etc., who have collaborated with us in various ways in the production of this volume of the Endyan . For this aid we would not seem ungrateful; for we shall always remember most pleasantly each one who has helped to make our task a little less burdensome. As we look back through the Endyan we know, that we haven ' t been able to capture many of the joys, thrills, heart- aches or disappointments that have all been such an important phase of our high school years. These pages will always remind us of the worries, tears, satisfactions, and the many long hours that we spent in trying to make the Endyan a treasured possession of our high school life. Many of us will probably realize a few years hence that the Endyan represents a milestone in our lives and that our last year at Endy was truly the most carefree and happy one we have ever known indeed it was the best year of our lives ! 92
