NAVY RELIEF FOR H I MI On Washington's Birthday a volunteer Working party went ashore to participate in a civic action project. Hougland, Kaurin, Diggs, Mathews, and Tymas built hospital beds at the Swift Base in QUINHON then delivered them to the hospital in Hai Minh. All returned with understanding of the incredible conditions which War has imposed on the Vietnamese people.
