GOVERNOR FRANK CARLSON THE STATE THE HONORABLE Frank Carlson, Governor of Kansas, is now serving his second ferm in fhe ex- ecufive office af Topeka. All will long remember his recenf visif here when he officially sfarfed fhe building of fhe Wil- Iiam Allen Whife Memorial Library. Governor Carlson has faifhfully been on hand fo help us celebrafe Homecoming in frue decorum, and every spring fo honor fhe graduafing seniors.
