., K, M U1 bfi an 2 l l , Frosty, fall mornings and school mean getting up for eight-o,cloclc classes, allowing just enough time to eat breakfast before school. A brisk walk across the campus is refreshing and inviting before delving into history or math. As one nears the administration building, its massive walls re-echo the merry, busy life of fifteen hundred students who have entered the portals of education at the Kansas State Teachers College. For those who have arrived early, there is just time for a pause at the rotunda before class. So many ul-lornetsn exchange greetings while leaning over the rail watching the shifting scene below. Suddenly the whistle calls eight o'clock! and the students dash to class leaving the halls empty and quiet for a joyous fifty minutes.

,2- 'R J-A ilk After the relaxation of the summer vacation, students find it difficult to get back into the routine of school mornings and work. Time must be budgeted properly so une can shave and powder and dress carefully for the day. Even with the most cautious students, a dramatic lace to early class climaxes the breakfast hour activities.
