After 31 years, Beta Lambda Zeta is still one of the top social organizations on the Emory and Henry campus. Dur- ing the ’58—’59 year, the brothers have been working to- gether in the many fraternity activities. The Beta Lambs staged a surprise parade complete with float and police escort which climaxed their Homecoming campaign. Miss Sara Saylor of Pincy Flats, Tennessee, the fraternity’s Sweetheart, was crowned Queen to make it two in a row for the Beta Lambs. The fall Rush Party was held at the Moonlitc Restaurant climaxed with the fall function at the Virginia House. The Rush Party, Goat week, and the spring dinner-dance were the high points of the spring semester. Beta Lambda Zeta 58
