Dennis Goeders is making yardage as the referee throws a penalty flag in the back- ground. Royal made little yardage that night. One of the reasons was the good Irish tackling. Here Dennis Goeders gets a tackle as Mike Jackson 151, moves in to help. Tom Brennan 147, moves with ball after getting a helping block from quarterback, Peter Kapustynski. Tom made good yardage all year, making six touchdowns and averaging six yards per carry. Peter Kapustynski eludes Royal defensive players and runs for a touchdown. Peter made one touchdown in the Royal game, and fourteen throughout the season. He set a new school record by mak- ing eighty-eight points in one year.
