MUC, bowlers, lettermen have fun, honors Lettermen ' s Club recognized those who have earned enough points to be awarded their letter, sweater or jacket. Several activities of the year included sweeping the gym floor during basketball half- time, escorting homecoming candi- dates and keeping a booth at the annual Pow-Wow. The MUC, Manual Underclass- men Club, began this year. It was an honor organization aimed at serv- ing Manual and the surrounding area. MUC members added a great deal of spirit to the school. A cer- tain grade point level was a require- ment to join MUC. Bowling Club changed its meet- ing day to Thursdays after school at Sport Bowl. Competing on teams, individual ' s scores and averages were kept and tallied all year. Team trophies and high scoring awards were presented at the Banquet at the season ' s end.
