Roines President Steve Wright buttonholes Jerry McClain with his Roines eagle during initiation. ' Roines Initiates Top Flight Senior Boys Roines, Manual ' s senior honorary for boys, con- centrates on assisting underclassmen with their studies and helping freshmen adjust to high school. For their special project as service to Manual this year, the Roines boys set up a study hall for under- classmen. The idea of a study hall was initiated last year, and worked out so successfully that it was started again this year during the second six weeks. Every morning before school, one member was on hand to assist underclassmen with their problems. If the boys couldn ' t help the pupils, they referred them to some other authority who could. The main idea was to help them understand their assignments more thoroughly. At Christmas they built a huge evergreen wreath which they suspended over the windows above the main entrance of the building and lit up at night.
