Swearingen, B.A. Beneath the first floor of North Hall and inconspicuous from the outside is located the College Store and Post Of- fice — the most popular place on the campus Saturday nights and at meal time, The Store supplies everything from those long-looked-for letters from home to a sundae in celebration of the test you just succeeded in passing, as well as razor blades, notebooks, grocer- ies, and stationery. Mr. Franklin Swearingen is store manager — he keeps the shelves well supplied despite production shortages.
