THE JUNIORS Although lacing one hundred strong presentcd some diihculties at iirst, we Juniors have done much this year to prove the truth of the adage that there is strength in numhers. Witli the cooperation of each girl and the assistance of our advisors, the class was soon functioning as a team. The Very Important Purples realized just how important their leadership really was. The Purple team continued on its rampage, up' setting the Greens in a thrilling Fall Field Day. Our longfaxvaited Prom next claimed our attenf tion, Finally, hoxx'ex'er. the last invitation had heen answered. hut all too quickly the strains of Ralph Stuarts orchestra left ENV. A crowded term concluded with a Christmas party for our sister class. Our strength sustained us through exams, field trips. conferences. and television appearances. to mention only a few of our winter activities. in which our talents were made evident in Showf lioatu and the popular French auction. Providing the hulwark for A Mighty Fortressf' we ruundf ed out our winter program. Spring term hruught us renewed energy. which carried us through concerts. May Day. and Spring Field Day. XVe are eagerly anticipating the challenge of Senior year. and hope that it will prove tu l'e as happy an experience as -luniur fear has heen.
