THE JUNIORS We Juniors entered our freshmen year like a tribe of Indians. James Krall was chosen Chief. The year ended without much accomplished, though we had fun at parties, et Cetera. In our sophomore year, we returned entirely exhausted from a hard vacation. Joyce Haglund, elected president, presided throughout the year. Again, we left the school for vacation without accomplishing very much. Entering our iunior year, we decided to buckle down. Starting with an almost empty treasury, we started on a long run to earn money tor the prom. As all proms go, ours was a huge success. We are looking forward to that last delightful and active year. The Juniors-don't interrupt-of nineteen fifty-seven, Are active? Bright? and talented? lOf course, they're going to heaven.l You see the Juniors going to class-with dragging feet and slow, Looking like men coming home from work in seven feet of snow. But, all in all, we're proud to say, We're part of Memorial High today!
