GOOD OLD DA YS OF I 978-79 To the students of Elverado Community iff 196, I wish to say that we've been glad to have you attend our schools and I'm sure the year has been as enjoyable and rewarding for each of you, as it has been for all our teachers and staff. I feel that as you look back on those years you will surely have to say those were the gold old daysl' - the days of girls' and boys' sports, of bus rides on field tripsg of parties at Hal- loween and Christmasg the days of learning to read and write and to bowl or swim. The days of studying late into the nightg or being sur- prised and unprepared for that pop testi' I want to say - save your yearbook and look at it in 10 - 20 - 30 years Cas your parents do their yearbooksj and I know youill agree with me - These are the good old days.
