Exchange of traditions promotes good Will YOU COULD ALMOST GUESS by the look on his face, that Tom is talking to his girlfriend. Thomas Neuschul, tall, husky, and dark-hairedt ar- rived in Michigan City from Montevideo, Uruguay, in August to stay at the home of Richard Craig, Elston senior. Although English. analytical geometry, German, chemistry, government, advanced social, and algebra kept him busy, Tom found time to Twisr and enjoy hamburgers and strawberry shakes. He was also voted an honorary member of the local chapter of Honor Society. Tom, anxious to get home, but reluctant to leave his new friendst will depart in June on a tour of the United States. Then, saying adios to America, he will set 0th for his native land. Beatriz Salgado Orozco, Maria Eugenia Salgado Orozco, and Susana Mejia Hernandez from Mexico participated in Elston's Cultural exchange with Latin America. Through the efforts of the Pan American Ex- change Student Plan, they were able to stay for six weeks and visit tlasses in English, Spanish, government, and history. They, too, lived with families of Elston studentseMaria with Donna Thorscn, Beatriz with Sandy Ohlund, 21nd Susana with Carol Fox.
