At the second meeting, plans for Sadie Hawkins Day were discussed. Susie Sugden. social chairman, took charge of the arrangements for the dance and a typical Dog Patch Sadie HawkirtS Day was held November 28, 1941, complete to the Kick-a-poo Joy Juice. The whole affair of race and dance were successful, both socially and fjnancially. During the football season the girls made blue and orange pom-poms, which they sold at the rally before the Perris game.
